There is a universal cafe fairing available from Rifle windshields, JC Whitless (last time I checked the catalog anyway), Shadetree Powersports, National Windshield, Harley Davidson (designed for the sporty but will fit the Savage.
Cafe style bars for an iron head Sportster are a direct swap, as the bar diameter is the same.
Seat-you are stuck with the stocker, a modified stock pan, or the gel unit from the dealer.
Exhaust- any cheap system from Whitney or Shadetree's universal lines is about as close to British/Sportster cafe pieces as you can find.
Have fun. A cafe racer savage would be a nice looking machine.
